Short version: I only use your information to run your session and stay in touch about it. I don't sell it.
When you book a session, fill out my contact form, or join a waitlist, I may collect your name, email, phone number, and details about your pet or rider, like their name and breed. If you pay me, your payment goes through the booking and payment tools I use. I don't see or store your card number.
I use it to book and run your session, send you your photos, answer your questions, and tell you when new dates open if you joined a waitlist. That's it.
I use a few other services to run my business, and your information passes through them:
Each has its own privacy policy. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they look at, and how they found the site. It uses cookies and collects general information like your device, browser, and rough location. It doesn't tell me who you are. I don't run ads. My hosting service may also keep basic visit logs, like your IP address, to keep the site running and secure. You can block Google Analytics with your browser settings or an extension. Google explains how it handles this data on its own privacy pages.
I keep the copyright to the photos I take. You get a personal use license to print and share them. I may use session photos on my website and social media. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me in writing before your session and I won't. Race day photos of riders at the track may be shown in galleries and on my social media too. Message me if you'd like one taken down.
I photograph young riders with their parents' okay. I don't collect information from kids on this site. Parents or guardians book for them.
You can ask me to update or delete your information, or take a photo down, any time. I'll take care of it as soon as I can, except where I need to keep records, like for payments and contracts.
